We have 4 married children and we all have born again Christian homes, for which I am very thankful. We are delighted to see this passed down from generation to generation. There is such a huge variety of dog foods on the market. Sometimes, you really have to read the labels to be sure they are good for your dog. Actually, you should always check the labels before buying a new dog food. Some ingredients are not good for your dog but the manufacturer would not tell you that. Some dog foods are made of some very unpleasant ingredients that you would not believe if I told you. Here you see out little dog, Holly, wondering about the newest dog food we purchased.
She tasted it and decided she just loves it. It doesn't have any corn, wheat or soy in it. Just good lamb meal, vitamins and minerals and a couple other ingredients.

My absolute favorite restaurant is Burger King. I can think of no other restaurant that I would rather go to than a Burger King and every time that I go I always get a char grilled whopper with extra fries and a sweet tea. This meal makes me salivate just thinking about it. In fact, as soon as I finish this blog post, I will set the home security alarm (www.ALLHOMESECURITY.com/) and hop in the car to my local burger King to grab a quick meal. I love Burger King because they are very informal and their staff is always friendly. I never have to wait in long longs or make a reservation to go eat there. When I am hungry, I simply go and get my food. They even hav! e a drive through so I don't even have to get out of my car if I don't want to.
I love eating at Burger King because they have all kinds of burgers and chicken sandwiches, as well as excellent fries and incredible milk shakes. Their food is excellent and it all has a flame grilled flavor because they cook all of their food over an open flame. This gives them their distinct taste which allows them, in my opinion, to stand out above every other restaurant. You will never regret a decision to go visit Burger King for your next meal.

Tulips in the Snow

My niece was all worried over her flowers. They are blooming and now they are covered with snow. I told her tulips will come up through the snow in the Spring. They have to be tough to withstand the cold but they do. Actually, the snow will probably give them some good moisture but we need some warm weather too. Have you ever noticed how the little babies will play until they just drop. They do not want to give up and take a nap until they can't go anymore. Another Snowfall

We didn't believe it but we got 2 or more inches of wet heavy snow April 19. It has been years since I remember an April snow. I sure hope it is done for the year. The Robins are trying to build their nests and everything is covered with snow. The little birds next door can't get at the seed because everything is covered with wet snow. I went grocery shopping this afternoon. I am sure all of you have noticed how much prices have increased on just about everything. I also notice that our local store is having more reduced prices. They have specials 2 for $ and other specials. If you are a wise shopper, you can buy up some of these sale items ahead of time and save money overall. It also helps if you clip coupons. I did not know what dual diagnosis treatment meant. However, I checked it out on the Internet and found that if you have both a psychiatric problem and a substance abuse problem that you can be treated for both at the same time. I think this is a great idea because often people are treated for their abuse problems and those in charge of treatment don't realize there is an underlying cause along with it. It is really important to be sure you are going to the right place where you will get a correct diagnosis. Of course, these treatments would be much more successful, rather than those treatments that just work with the substance abuse problem. I think many times a person with a psychiatric problem won't realize that is their problem, and they will drink alcohol or take medication thinking that will take away all their problems. What a Spring we are having. One day it is so warm we have tornado warnings. Then the next day it is so cold you have to get your winter coat back out. Last night we had enough sleet to make the deck slippery. It is also all over the grass in places and looks a little like snow. All the roof tops are white and it is 33 degrees. You just need to decide what job you are interested in and then search the Internet to see what jobs are available both in Columbus and elsewhere. There is such a variety of good jobs out there, just looking for good employees. If you are willing to work hard and have a good work ethic, it is not as hard to find a new job as you might think. Rain Moving In

I guess rain is supposed to move in tomorrow. We sure had a beautiful sunny day today. It was 70 degrees and sunny and blue skies all day. However, the sun went down in a bank of clouds. Tomorrow I go for a permanent in the morning and my husband goes in the afternoon to the dentist in a nearby town. We need to pick up meds for our little dog, Holly, too while we are in town. It is getting to be a beautiful day today. The clouds are finally gone. The sky is a gorgeous blue. It is time to go out and get the mail and I think I will need a lighter coat. Mommy and Son

Here they are. Mom and son all dressed up and ready to go outside to play. The weather is finally beginning to cooperate. The snow has melted and it is fun to go outside and venture around through their new yard. They moved in a short time ago and with all the snow, couldn't really get a good look at everything because it was so cold. Now it is fun to get outside, get some sunshine and see their new kittens.
