About Me
We have 4 married children and we all have born again Christian homes, for which I am very thankful. We are delighted to see this passed down from generation to generation. I am a people person and love visiting, and helping them too, in any way I can. I love a good cup of hot tea with friends, neighbors, or family. And now blogging has become my latest passion, many thanks to a wonderful grandson. May you all find the joy, peace and happiness in our Lord Jesus Christ that I have found.
Facebook and Family
Posted by clare3

I checked into Facebook this morning and there were new pictures of one of out little great grandsons and his sister. It is amazing how fast they grow. It is so neat to see them smiling at you over the Internet. The Internet is a great way to keep up with their growth when they live aways away and the weather is rotten. I need to check it every day, I think.
Gospel Music
Posted by clare3
We love to listen and watch Gospel Music on HD television. The Gaithers have a great group of singers and a wonderful quartet. We never tire of watching them and listening to them sing. We especially love to hear good bass singers. A lot of them have gone on to be with the Lord now and so far there haven't been any that have replaced the really good bass singers. Santa Barbara Real Estate

Having lived in Southern California for 9 years, we just loved being close to the ocean. But then we moved to the Midwest onto a farm for quite a few years. Now that we are retired, we would like to go back to California as we enjoyed it so much. I told my husband I was going to check the Internet and see what we could find and having driven up the coast, I wondered about Santa Barbara real estate. I believe it would be a beautiful place to retire if we could manage it. Labels: Real Estate, Santa Barbara
Contemporary Furniture

It is so exciting moving into a new home. You have so many details to decide on. Once you get the walls painted or papered and the carpet laid, then it is time to decide what type of furniture to use. I feel it would be exciting to buy contemporary furniture. It is time to get out of the old fashioned rut and get some fashionable modern furniture. I have been checking the Internet to see what I can find and there are all kinds of choices. Family Supper

We are going to meet family this week for Mexican. We just love Mexican so that is going to be great. Our weather has been good and I think I need to go wash the car. I know it won't stay clean but can get a coat of dirt and salt off of the paint job. Our garage is even white where the snow melted off the car and the water dried up leaving a white residue of salt. Mexican Food
Posted by clare3
Tonight is our night to go out for Mexican food. It is becoming more and more popular here in this area. We even have a new restaurant in our own hometown. It is great to have several different places to eat. We have our favorite dishes but I am always willing to try new ones. I am really looking forward to tonight. Credit Card Offers
Posted by clare3
If there is one thing you can count on, it is getting the mail and having several credit card offers just begging you to apply. They all seem to offer great deals but it sure pays to read the fine print. You may find out the rate is only for a short time and then goes up. Or they want you to transfer your balances for a low or zero rate but you find out there is an annual charge that you don't want to pay. It pays to look into the Internet and check out all the various types of credit cards before you apply for the wrong one and are sorry you did. Labels: credit card offers, credit cards, Internet
